Axew hopped along happily as she led the way to the pokeballs that contained her partners. She gave a twirl in the air as her trainer walked along behind her. It was quiet strangely, people had bolted as soon as they caught sight of the Axew's wrath, this made Rave assume that not many people here had pokemon. He simply glanced about until he saw a pokeball on a desk, he walked over to it to see a label on it that said, "Patient 626's Mightyena" He tossed the pokeball in to the air, causing it to open and release a mightyena.
The mightyena yawned as if groggy and looked at Rave, it simlpy huffed and returned to it's pokeball. That wasn't his mightyena, he thought. He placed the pokeball back on the desk and turned to see a bagon had been glaring at him from behind. The bagon had a pokeball wrapped around it's neck and didn't look too happy to see Rave.
Rave saw another label on the pokeball that read, "Keep away from special client at all costs" and assumed that was his pokemon. Knowing his mother, she had probably bribed the place to keep him here. He looked to his Axew, who had gave a huff at the bagon followed by a raspberry. The bagon grew enrages and charged forward, using headbutt.
"Dodge. Dual chop" the stoic trainer ordered. The axew nodded in agreement and side stepped, the bagon continued forward, not noticing the Axew had moved and darted straight towards Rave's legs. Rave didn't move though, not even a flinch in fear as the bagon moved to crush his legs.
The bagon screeched in surprise when a hard force struck it's nose and caused it to smash into the ground. It was dealt large damage and the pokeball wrapped around its neck snapped off, the flight in the air was interrupted by Rave's hand snatching it out of the air. The bagon snarled and used Leer while trying to Bite the Axew.
Axew's defenses were lowered by the leer, and was bitten. She screamed in pain and instinctively delivered another Dual Chop on it's back. The bagon was stunned from the impact on it's spine and fell on the floor. Axew took advantage of this and used another dual chop, knocking it out. Axew breathed heavily though, the bite had been critical and that leer didn't help at all. She tried to deny being recalled, she had to stay out here and help her trainer escape, even though her side hurt where she had been bitten. She finally gave up when Rave continued to try to recall her.
Rave was annoyed when the Axew tried to refuse his order, she was hurt, he didn't want her to get hurt even more. He looked at the newly retrieved pokeball and tossed it into the air to check the pokemon inside. The ball opened up and flashed red as a rufflet appeared and flapped about in the air, as if searching frantically for something. When it noticed Rave, it dive bombed into the boy and hugged him with his wings. The rufflet was a bit disappointed to find that his trainer was once again stoic and emotionless. The rufflet hugged the trainer anyways, happy to see him alive and well.
Rave looked around before smiling at the rufflet, nobody was there to see, so how could it hurt? It seemed to make the rufflet feel better anyway. He marched forward in the maze of hallways and rooms, occasionally running into an assistant that would just walk nervously and back away before running. Rave wondered if he looked that intimidating right then, he decided to ignore it and continue. until he came back to the entrance. He was beginning to grow worried, where was Runa?
Runa huffed as she sniffed about the garbage, hunger wasn't a thing she favored. She abandoned the trash, finding nothing, and looked at a sign that read, "Cafeteria" in human. She didn't understand it though, she was a mightyena! What she DID understand however, was the picture of sandwhiches and burgers below it. She licked her lips with a sly smile as she pushed open the limp doors and tiptoed in. She had hoped to be sneaky, but was noticed immediately.
"THERE'S A MIGHTYENA IN HERE!" some lady screamed as she ran out the door on the other side. Runa just huffed and sniffed the plate the woman had abandoned while the other humans stared at her. She lapped up some soda from her cup and casually ate the generous portion of steak that the lady had so kindly given to her. She looked at the humans who were still registering the arrogance of this pokemon.
"Might? Mightyena Migh?" What? Never seen a girl eat?
with that she lumbered off into another hall way that the screaming girl had just run through. She continued her walk down the hall, following the familiar scent of outside to an emergency exit door.
Rave panicked, he heard sirens in the distance. It wasn't police though, it was most likely his mother who had pimped out the ambulance. He wanted to stay and look for Runa, but his rufflet had begun to drag him out the door with furious flapping. Rave finally gave in to Rufflet, and dashed into the alley-way close by. His pulse pounded as he watched his mother dash into the building with several men behind her back. Why did she have to be so dang wealthy?
Rave felt like crying like a little boy though, he didn't know where Runa was or if she was okay. His face kept still though, his bawling would probably give away his spot. He would have to leave Runa...he hated himself for even thinking of that. He decided he would wait, wait until-"Mightyena!" a happy voice barked behind him. He pivoted around to see Runa happily wagging her tail with a joyful expression.
Runa could sense that her trainer was holding back the urge to hug him. She simply nudged his hand and gave it a reassuring lick before returning to her pokeball. Rave was left alone as his rufflet returned as well. Rave was happy though, his pokemon were back and he had his memories back. He remembered leaving Feronia, leaving so he could come to Ichigo where he heard pokemon were being literally killed. He would find someway to help them, even if it killed him.
A woman bumped into a boy with baggy jeans, a red t-shirt and dark hair who looked as if his face was stone, "Oh my!" she called, upset that he didn't apologize. She was in a bad mood, and was about to give him a good lecture about it, until she noticed a slight smile on his face. It was faint, it could barely be seen. She decided to leave him be, maybe it was an accident. There was no reason for her to ruin the boy's, who's name was Rave little did she know, day.
